Mitchell is an Associate in the Estates and Estate planning team at BAL Lawyers. Mitchell has experience in a variety of estates and estate planning related matters.
Mitchell has worked for a variety of high net wealth and very-high net worth individuals, companies, and families, implementing estate planning solutions to ensure the client’s wishes are carried out in the most efficient manner possible.
Mitchell has thorough experience working collaboratively with accountants, financial planners and other professionals to ensure the best plans are implemented according to each client’s circumstances. This has included administering complex estates involving family trusts, company structures and incapacitated executors.
Mitchell has been working in estates and estate planning since 2019, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the Australian National University in 2021. He was admitted to the ACT Supreme Court as a solicitor in February 2023 and joined BAL Lawyers in July 2025.
