Keith is a Director in the Estates and Estate Planning Section and brings more than 40 years’ experience in legal practice. An active member of the legal community in Canberra, he is regularly asked to lecture on various aspects of estate planning including charitable trusts, special disability trusts, succession planning, superannuation and family provision claims. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association Australia, a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and former President of the National Heart Foundation (ACT), serving on the board for 32 years. His commitment to the community was rewarded with an appointment as a Member of the Order of Australia for his service to the National Heart Foundation, Athletics and the Angelman Syndrome Association.
Keith’s ability to empathise and employ a certain good humour and pragmatic outlook have helped build his long-standing client relationships.
