Georgina has over 10 years’ experience practicing in property and commercial law. Her practice is focused on commercial sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, development, residential conveyancing and any general commercial matters involving property. Georgina brings to the table a depth of knowledge having gained exposure in both national and local law firms.
With this varied experience, Georgina has acted for individuals, corporates, government and not for profits. She regularly advises in relation to complex transactions and has a particular interest in bespoke leasing arrangements. Georgina is focused on assisting our clients to reach commercial, diligent and efficient outcomes with a strong emphasis on ensuring client relationships are fostered so that all matters can be resolved with all parties satisfactorily and amicably.
Georgina holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney and was admitted to the ACT Supreme Court in 2014. Georgina returned to BAL Lawyers as a director in 2024 where she commenced her legal career as a law graduate in 2014. Georgina is a member of the Women Lawyers Association ACT.
