Since 2014, Ying has specialised in all aspects of succession law, including wills, estate planning, end-of-life planning, and deceased estate administration. Having worked in firms that range from small to nationally based firms throughout her career, Ying advises clients on a wide range of wills and estate matters in the ACT and NSW.
She has a uniquely empathetic approach with her matters and her clients, whether it be tailoring their estate planning, or assisting families and executors in navigating the administration of deceased estates. She is passionate about ensuring clients are kept informed and feel supported, while providing prompt and practical legal solutions.
Ying’s estate planning practice is also informed by her experience in commercial and business law, including consideration and review of trust and company structures from an estate planning perspective.
Ying holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science from the Australian National University and is currently completing a Master of Laws (Applied Law) with the College of Law majoring in Wills and Estates and Estate Planning.
