Rex is a solicitor in the Business & Corporate team at BAL Lawyers and advises clients on tax, duties, corporate restructuring, and governance matters.
Having worked in both private and public sectors on varying areas of law, Rex draws on a wide breadth of procedural and legal knowledge to provide holistic commercial solutions.
As an avid collector of law books, Rex strongly believes in the black-letter approach where his works are, first and foremost, legally sound.
Rex holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the Australian National University. He was admitted to legal practice in the ACT in 2017 and joined BAL Lawyers in 2023.
