Lauren is an integral member of the Estates team. She has strong communication and relationship management skills that enable her to be empathetic towards client needs. Lauren works closely with clients to ensure they have an effective estate plan where she drafts Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Superannuation Death Benefit Nominations to reflect clients’ unique circumstances. She administers estates and secures Grants of Probate across the ACT and NSW jurisdictions.
Lauren has previously practised in the area of commercial and business law, advising clients on a range of matters including corporate governance, business acquisitions and disposals, intellectual property and privacy law. She also has experience in transactional property work in the ACT and NSW where she has managed the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties.
Lauren’s previous experience in business and property law enables her to identify key issues pertaining to estate planning, provide holistic advice and customise solutions to achieve practical client outcomes.
Lauren joined BAL in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University and was admitted to practice in the ACT Supreme Court in 2018.
