Helen has more than 25 years’ experience in operations, industrial relations and human resources. Her expertise as an HR Manager encompasses the implementation of training and development programs, change management and employee relations. Helen’s focus on maintaining a strong corporate culture starts with collaborative partnerships; ensuring the vision and strategic direction for the firm is driven via effective people systems.

Helen holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management and Business Administration Management and is a Member of the Australian HR Institute.
