Ben joined BAL in 2012 and is the Legal Director of the BAL Property Team.
Benjamin (Ben) is an experienced real estate and contract lawyer who advises on all aspect of real estate and contract law, including residential and mixed-use development, commercial, retail, and industrial leasing, acquisition and sales, and unit title management, both in the ACT and NSW. Ben has extensive experience across complex real estate projects and regularly advises a range of private companies, individuals, associations, NSW Local Councils and ACT Government on real estate matters.
Ben understands the financial and risk drivers, which guide his clients’ decisions, and provides wholistic and commercially realistic advice to assist his clients achieve their desired outcomes. Whether the matter requires high-level advice or managing large volume transactions, Ben structures his Team to ensure the advice or transactions are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
