Steph joined the BAL Estates team in May 2021, bringing over 15 years' worth of administrative legal experience with her. Having worked in various areas of law over the years, Steph understands the need for a nuanced approach to every problem. Since joining BAL, she has supported the team to ensure that clients enjoy a professional and personable experience.

Prior to working at BAL, Steph gained a degree in archaeology, working as an archaeologist for over five years. It was not long before she was back in the legal administrative field, working in several boutique law firms before finally joining BAL.
