Courtney Noble
Courtney is a lawyer in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team at BAL Lawyers. She has practiced in the ACT as a litigation lawyer since 2012. She has experience across many jurisdictions and in many areas of law. The focus of her practice is commercial litigation and personal and corporate insolvency. But she also has experience in administrative review (including revenue and valuation matters), shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, leasing disputes, disciplinary matters, and defamation. Courtney joined the team after spending time at the ACT Supreme Court as Senior Deputy Registrar where, among other things, she managed and heard civil administrative, procedural, and case management lists. Courtney takes a practical, yet respectful and personal approach to each of her matters.
