Our Region, Our House in Canberra

We love our city and basing our legal practice in Canberra and surrounding areas has been a conscious business decision of BAL.

As our city grows and develops, Bradley Allen Love is extremely proud to be a part of Canberra’s legacy and is committed to continuing our support for the place we call home.

Home for us is Canberra House. Originally constructed in 1974, Canberra House was considered to be the premier office building in its day. Recognising its importance as a Canberra icon, third generation Canberrans Morris Property Group, grabbed the opportunity to purchase the block and move forward with a plan that will enliven and invigorate the city. As Louise Morris explains  The architecture and tenant profile were of great appeal and this building is important to the city in a number of ways. The City West master plan promoted residential/mixed use and we seized the opportunity to take what was primarily considered a legal district and make that connection to the city.

Our recent renovations have stylishly brought to life our commitment to the firm’s continued success and growth in operations, comfortably accommodating our seventy (plus) staff within one location in the city. The signing of a ten-year lease is further testament to our commitment to be a city firm in the heart of Canberra.

The 191 apartment residential tower and bespoke retail stores quickly emerging next to our tower, will further enhance our working environment, bring a more cosmopolitan offering and renewed life to the City West.

We are passionate about Canberra and its progression and are excited about the ACT Government’s vision to deliver urban renewal in Canberra’s city. We see this as vital to growing Canberra’s economy and helping to strengthen our community.
