Anca practises in employment law, with a particular emphasis on employment litigation matters such as unfair dismissal, contractual disputes and discrimination.

Prior to joining Bradley Allen Love Lawyers, Anca worked at ACT Human Rights Commission and as an Associate within a local firm specialising in civil litigation, employment and personal injury matters. The experience gained whilst employed in these roles have provided Anca with the skills needed to understand the challenges raised in complex litigious employment matters.

Anca has acted in matters in the ACT and NSW jurisdiction being recognised by her peers as a confident advocate and trusted and dedicated advisor for her clients.

In 2003, Anca was awarded a Bachelor of Law from the Romanian – American University in Bucharest (Romania). Anca also holds a Diploma in Law from Legal Practitioners Admission Board (University of Sydney) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University.

Anca was admitted to practice in the ACT Supreme Court in June 2014 and to the High Court of Australia in December 2014. Anca joined Bradley Allen Love Lawyers as a Senior Associate in October 2018. Anca is a member of the ACT law Society’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, and a member of the Australian Labour and Employment Relations Association - ACT Inc. She is also a dedicated mentor to law students in their final years from the Australian National University (Women in Law Organisation) as well as young lawyers through the mentorship program coordinated by the ACT Law Society.
