William practises in the litigation and dispute resolution team at Bradley Allen Love. He has a keen interest in insolvency (acting for administrators, receivers, liquidators or directors), bankruptcy (acting for trustees and creditors) and construction disputes (acting for builders, developers, owners and subcontractors) and regularly advises on security of payment act claims (in both New South Wales and the ACT). William also has a background of acting in various litigious matters including commercial litigation, property and leasing disputes, debt recovery and enforcement, intellectual property (with a particular focus on copyright infringement) as well as equity and trust related disputes.

William has experience acting for clients in almost all courts and tribunals in New South Wales and the ACT, ranging from the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Magistrates Court, the Supreme Court of the ACT to the Federal Court of Australia. William also has extensive experience in costs assessment procedure, whether being party v party costs applications or client v law practice costs assessment applications.

William holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Wollongong and was admitted to practice in 2012. William joined the firm at the start of 2018. Prior to joining BAL Lawyers, William worked at a mid-tier law firm in Sydney in their dispute resolution team and prior to this in a government in-house litigation role.
