Golnar specialises in all matters relating to Wills and Estate Disputes including tax effective estate planning, trusts, family provision claims, inheritance disputes and probate matters. Her experience spans across all Australian jurisdictions.

When it comes to her clients, Golnar prides herself on ensuring they are stepped through and understand the process. With a refreshingly straightforward and candid approach to resolving disputes, Golnar is regarded by her peers as a confident and strong yet reasonable advocate.

Prior to joining Bradley Allen Love Lawyers, Golnar worked in a specialist succession planning firm and also in the financial advisory and superannuation sector, providing her with an excellent platform in her current areas of specialisation. Golnar has also been a past convenor of the ANU Wills Probate and Administration of Estates Course, and has worked as a tutor in the ANU undergraduate Succession and postgraduate Masters course for a number of years.

Proudly raised in Canberra, Golnar enjoys being an active member of the Canberra community. She is an affiliate at the Australian National University and is a volunteer with the Australian Red Cross and Salvation Army. Golnar is a current member of the ACT Law Society’s Elder Law and Succession Committee and is a Lexis Nexis Editorial Panel Member.

Golnar holds of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce with majors in accounting and finance from the Australian National University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, also from the Australian National University.
